Technology

Previa uses advanced AI technology from Anthropic’s Claude to analyze symptoms, explain test results, and suggest tests to discuss. Requests go through a secure proxy server that returns structured results and retains nothing afterwards. What gets sent is your symptoms, the optional Profile context you chose to fill in (age, sex, conditions, medications), and — for Test Results — the report you import. Your name is never sent, for analysis or for translation. Your data is encrypted on your device and syncs privately through your own iCloud account, using Apple’s latest data frameworks.

How It Works

Open Previa and type how you have been feeling, in any language. Be as detailed as you like — when symptoms started, their severity, what makes them better or worse. The AI works best with specifics.

Step 2 — Review and add symptoms

Previa shows symptoms it extracted from your description, plus related symptoms you may have missed. Tap any that apply. Add your own if something is missing. The more complete the picture, the better the results.

Step 3 — Get Tests to Discuss

Receive a prioritized list of tests to discuss with your doctor. Each test includes a priority level and a plain-language reason. Your session is saved automatically — translate it into your doctor’s language, or share it directly with your healthcare provider.
